Certainty Enforcement OS
Your calendar is full. Your strategy is starving.
Synarch is the AI Chief of Staff that enforces your time budget. It classifies every meeting and email against your actual priorities — then acts: declining what doesn't matter, drafting replies in your voice, booking the deep work your goals require. It starts in shadow mode, earns autonomy week by week, and hands you receipts every Monday.

⚠️ Below Benchmark
21% of your week goes to strategy (Direction) — below the 25–30% executive benchmark.
An email assistant can't fix this — the hours are gone before the email arrives. Synarch judges every meeting and ask against your goals, then acts.

FAQ
What does Synarch do on day one?▼
It starts in shadow mode: watches your calendar and inbox, learns your priorities, and shows you suggestions without touching anything. Zero autonomy on day one. You decide when it earns the right to act.
Can it send email without asking?▼
Only after you move past the draft stage and explicitly opt in per category. Every email type (urgent, routine, low-value) has its own trust ramp. You can revoke autonomy anytime — it defaults to shadow mode.
What data does it access?▼
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and GitHub via OAuth scoped read permissions. Tokens are encrypted and never logged. You can disconnect Synarch from any conduit in one click — your data stays in your account.
What if it makes a mistake?▼
One bad surprise triggers a 28-day lockdown: everything reverts to suggest-only mode until it re-earns your trust. That protocol is built into the product. You report it, we lock it down, and it has to prove itself again.
How is this different from Motion or Reclaim?▼
They fill and protect your calendar. Synarch decides what deserves to be on it. Motion and Reclaim optimize *when* — Synarch enforces *whether*. See the full comparisons at /compare/motion and /compare/reclaim — or versus the AI email assistants at /compare/alfred and /compare/slashy.
